Västerbottens cheese pizza

Pizza is one of my absolute favourite dishes to eat. This one has a tomato sauce base with Västerbottens cheese. Once out of the oven it's topped with Creme fraiche, finely chopped red onion and Bleak roe (Kalix Caviar or in Swedish, Löjrom)
