Another BBQ Sunday! I love summer and being able to BBQ a lot!


Today’s BBQ is a beautiful piece of meat from James Elliot Butchers on Essex road that’s been marinated in a black garlic sticky marinade!


The jumbo Tiger prawns from Steve Hatt Fishmongers on Essex road have been marinated in garlic and red chillies and a bit of fresh lemon juice whilst cooking.


Sides, grilled asparagus with parmesan cheese and a tomato and basil salad.


Today there is also dessert! BBQ fresh pineapple with some Demerara sugar served with vanilla ice cream.
