This has been a go to recipe for many years as it is fairly simple and very tasty. Pork fillet stuffed with a mix of feta cheese, basil, sun dried tomatoes and prosciutto and then wrapped in streaky bacon. This time served with roast baby potatoes, fine green beens and a sauce made with Blue Castello!
