Happy Father's Day!
This Strawberry Mousse Fraisier inspired cake is for my father in law whom we’ve not seen in 18 months so very much looking forward to celebrating him today!
Sponge is made of egg whites, sugar and ground almond. When assembling I brushed them with some Kirsch. Lined with strawberry halves, the mousse and once mousse is slightly set, the sponge on top.
Decorated with fresh strawberries and toasted almonds!
