Pizza Friday

Not had pizza for over a month so it was long overdue and these one's were a bit of a fridge/freezer clear out!


Pizza dough freezes really well and I had some left from last time so there was no need for dough making tonight.


First up, a Pizza Bianco with Gruyere, mature Cheddar, red onions, French goats cheese topped with a gin and rhubarb chutney and once out of the oven, Serrano ham!


Second pizza, tomato and oregano sauce, mature Cheddar, mozzarella, smoked ham and pineapple chunks coated in smoked paprika and cayenne pepper!


Looking forward to next round of pizza when the outdoor pizza oven has arrived! 😊
