Pizza evenings at Nylund’s is never just one flavour, unless it is Calzone, then it is Calzone Only!! Tonight’s dough is I recipe from James Martin.
Pizza numero uno is a Bianco. Garlic Creme fraiche topped with Truffle Trove cheddar, matured cheddar, red onions, baby button mushrooms along with rocket salad and Parma ham once out of the oven.
Number 2… nowhere to be seen it broke! But it had a tomato sauce, smoked Brunswick ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, artichokes, and pineapple covered in paprika. It tasted lovely.
Pizza 3 had a tomato chilli base with cheddar cheese, Västerbottens cheese, parmesan cheese, spicy chorizo, fresh chillies and chilli oil!
Final pizza was a bit of a mix match of all the above!
