Last night we celebrated NYE quietly but with a lot of food, or shall I say cheese!
Raclette with all the condiments you should have and also had a cheese fondue! The fondue was this time not the traditional one but instead made with Gruyere and a Snowdonia Cheese Truffle Trove! Bread and breaded chicken pieces to dip!
