Calzone!

Pizza. One of my absolute favourite dishes. Ever.

Growing up in the Nylund household, often on Friday evenings, pizza was a regular occurrence. Calzone was often served and is today still one of my favourites!

Fillings vary, tonight was spicy tomato sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, Västerbottens Cheese, ham, red onion, fresh homegrown red chilli and mushrooms.
