I used to work at a well known burger chain growing up and since moving to the UK I've sampled many more so there is no doubt this type of food is something I love.
Today I made brioche buns for the first time to serve with the burgers and although they turned out nice, I have a few lessons to learn. But, brioche buns are a necessity for any good burger.
The burger itself is a mix of minced beef, bread crumbs, Creme fraiche, dijon mustard, garlic, home grown chillies, cheddar cheese topped off with a fried egg and a relish of home grown tomatoes, red onion and gherkins!
