Breakfast with a bit of luxury

Like so many others during the pandemic I've tried to learn some new skills so rather than banana bread (not there is anything wrong with that) I thought I'd try the science that's is sourdough. This was one in the early stages of trying out recipes and made for our wedding anniversary. My skills with the Grignette needs improving but the bread turned out lovely. Served here with Eggs Royale and a Mimosa.
