A little bit of rain wasn’t going to stop us having a BBQ yesterday.
This time, a Tomahawk steak brushed with a marinade of chili sauce, brown sauce, garlic, Worcester sauce and pomegranate molasses.
Served up with potato parcels, thinly sliced potatos laid on tin foil brushed with butter, garlic, seasoning and a large dollop of butter. Seal the foil and put on BBQ for ca 45 mins.
Some pickled cucumber and a tarragon sauce.
