I bought an Ooni Koda a few weeks ago and as it was beautiful day in London Town and after days and days of grey weather and rain it was time to take out the pizza oven.
Pizza No 1: A Bianco with creme fraiche, Västerbottens cheese, a mix of fried pancetta, onion, curly leaf kale and freshly ground cumin.
Pizza No 2: Tomato sauce, Västerbottens cheese and once cooked, topped with Creme Fraiche, red onion and a red roe.
Pizza No 3: 4 Cheeses with San Marzano tomatoes and home grown basil. Västerbottens cheese, Cathedral City, French Goats cheese and Buffalo Mozarella.
Pizza No 4: Tomato sauce, cheddar cheese, Buffalo Mozarella, spicy pepperoni, red chillies and Padron peppers!
And no, we didn’t eat it all! There are left overs!
I used Ooni’s pizza dough recipe which is excellent.
