Life has been rather busy as of late so I have not been posting much of what I've been cooking but cooked, I have done!
For a dinner a couple of weeks ago, I had almost all ingredients for not just 1 but, 2 of Nigella's recipes.
Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. I had no spring onion so substituted those with a leek and 200 grams of wild garlic, or ramsons as they're also known as.
The chicken was served with the Asparagus, Radishes & new potato salad!
I can highly recommend both recipes and are super easy to follow!
